三坐標操作崗位職責
過程質量工程師 工 作 職責:
?To ensure Safety is given foremost priority in everything we do in the plant first by respecting and following all safety procedures and regulations
?To Define Quality Management related Procedures/processes, for the plant with collaborative approach with all stake Holders. QM System should be Customer focused and in sync with Plant Objectives of “Zero Defect”. Following are the main tools for this objective.
?IATF 16949 Implementation and Maintenance related to process quality
?Global Quality Standards: Implementation and Improvement related to process quality
?MAFACT implementation and maintenance for process quality related areas
?EHS , TPM
?To implement data driven, statistically oriented, Proactive, customer centric, Quality Management Systems in all areas of Operation (Including, but not limited to below), thus ensuring Zero customer complaints and continuous reducing Cost of Poor quality
?To plan for internal audits and to ensure Audit Non Conformances are not exceeding targets by regular review of Business Processes. ( Product, Process, System, Control plan, TS Audits)
?Control plan adherence, Rework control.
?Blocking area management
?To develop a Motivated, Capable and skillful, Quality team with clear structure, defined work responsibilities with minimum overlap.
?To maintain organization performance at optimum level by defining skill based training, Backup plan and succession planning.
?Support internal external Audit in shop floor base and finish 8D report on time
優先經驗和技能:
?機械制造 ,汽車電子,汽車工程, 本科以上學歷
?汽車或者機械制造相關行業6年以上過程質量經驗
?GDT高級,較好的工程圖紙理解能力;
?熟練操作基本的檢驗工具,如卡尺千分尺,輪廓粗糙度儀等,三坐標操作和編程(三坐標加分項)
?熟悉機械組裝線工藝流程,相關工藝的過程質量控制經驗豐富;
?具備有效的生產過程控制數據分析能力,熟練使用質量五大工具,具備大量分析和解決生產突發質量事故的項目經驗。
?溝通協調能力,有組織能力,有自發和團隊合作意識。
?動力總成或電機相關過程質量控制工作經驗(加分項)
